- The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The item must not have been used or installed.

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
- We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Amount:

- You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping costs.
- If you opted for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy:

- If you prefer an exchange, we will provide a store credit for the full purchase price.
- You can use the store credit to purchase a new item of equal or greater value.

Exceptions:

- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items that have been used, installed, or altered in any way are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
