Return Eligibility:

- You can return an item within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The item must not have been used or installed.

Return Procedure:

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
3. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
4. Ensure the item is properly packaged and shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label.

Return Shipping:

- We will provide a return shipping label for eligible returns.
- Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.
- For all other returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return Processing:

- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges will be processed for the same item or an item of equal value.

Exceptions:

- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns.
- Items that have been used, installed, or altered in any way are not eligible for returns.
- Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
